            I’ve been a small business owner for the past 22 years.  During that time, I’ve had my share of success and made my share of mistakes.  When budding entrepreneurs ask me for advice, I tell them to remember 2 things:

            1.   People respect a straight shooter.  People like results, not surprises.  If you tell people you can get the job done for X, do it.  Not X+1 or X+tax, just X. 

            2.  Your Name is Your Business.  Your brand should be as trustworthy as you are.  At Mr. B’s, I’m not anonymous and I’m not corporate.  I’m accountable and I’ve been that way for 22 years.
