We are happy to welcome a new smiling face to the Mr. B’s Air Duct Cleaning team.  Her name is Tracy Chumley and she is the “smiling voice” at the other end of the phone when  you call the office.  She has lived in Columbia, Tennessee all her life and has known Mr. & Mrs. B for 26 years.  They have been like another family for her. She already loved them and now she loves working for them.  Since she has been a part of the team she has learned a lot about the air duct cleaning process and also about how thoroughly Mr. B’s team does the cleaning.  She loves getting the customer calls letting her know how well the team has done their job and how much better the customers feel.  She is excited about learning new things so that she can continue to help people just like you.

The heat in Nashville is unbelievable.  It’s seems it is driving us either indoors, to the movies, mall or anywhere else that is air conditioned.  Thank goodness for air conditioners.  However, if we haven’t been keeping them in good condition the bills can start to really add up especially in these Summer months.  Part of keeping our air conditioners functioning properly and saving us money is making sure we service them twice a year and have the entire duct system cleaned.  If the ducts are dirty the system does not run properly and costs us more money than it should.  Not to mention the dust, dirt and allergens that creep into our indoor breathing atmosphere.  Losing money and suffering needlessly from allergy symptoms are reason enough to check those ducts.  So, if we can help, give us a call.  Meanwhile, try to stay cool!  Have a great Summer!

We wanted to give you a glimpse into the thoughts and feelings of some of our employees here at Mr. B’s Air Duct Cleaning.  We are going to start with Robby Easley.  Here are his thoughts in his own words.  Hope you enjoy getting to know a little more about the Mr. B’s family.

Hello,

My name is Robby Easley. I am currently the manager for Mr. B’s Air Duct Cleaning. I helped Mr. B start the company (in the field) approximately 12 years ago. Working on the job sites for 6 years gives me the knowledge to answer customer’s questions about Air Duct Cleaning-how the work is performed, what to expect and so forth.  It’s not hard to sell something you believe in or a service for someone that truly makes a difference after it is done properly.  This is exactly how I feel about Mr. B’s Air Duct Cleaning.  It will make a difference in your home’s indoor Air Quality.  Customers cannot believe what comes out of their air ducts- anything from new home construction wood, drywall, etc. Even brand new systems need to be cleaned the majority of the time, as well as the 20 to 30 year old house that has a quarter inch or greater dust build up in the ducts.  Once Mr. B’s is done with your home it is usually good for a period of 5 to 7 years depending on your home.

We recently did a job for a customer, in which she mailed this thank you card. She wrote:

We recently received a very complimentary note from a customer and wanted to share it with you. In this day and age it is so nice to be appreciated for a job well done.  Here is the note:

Hi Warren,

I just wanted to tell you that everything went as smooth as can be with my
duct cleaning appt this morning.  The guys did a great job.  Both myself and
my wife haved noticed that it is warmer in the house (at the same
temperature) after the cleaning.  

They were also able to retrieve my wedding ring (my wife was freaking out
when I told her I dropped down the vent a few weeks ago), and your guys were
able to kindly fix my dryer duct (where it goes to the outside of the
house), remove the bird’s nest, and re-connect the duct to my new dryer vent
housing.

Thanks again for making this a truly trouble-free transaction.
